The blade is made from high carbon steel and has a specially designed mounting block that works with the MARSHALLTOWN RotaLeveler™ bracket. The RotaLeveler™ bracket is chain driven and enables you to easily adjust, control and smoothly operate the fresno. The round end blade helps to eliminate drag marks or gouging in the concrete for that smooth finish.
