QLT by MARSHALLTOWN Fresno Trowels are made from a high-carbon steel blade that glides over the concrete surface for a seamless, smooth finish. Included is an all-angle swivel bracket attachment. This swivel bracket features a standard clevis style to attach MARSHALLTOWN #9 or #10 handles. The blade comes with standard square ends.
