Description

The GreatNeck MATW1 3/8 Inch Drive Micrometer Torque Wrench is built for exerting an exact amount of pressure on a nut, bolt or screw. Adjustable micrometer torque wrenches are used to apply a specific degree of force to a fastener, providing fast, accurate tightening for metalworking, plumbing and other industrial jobs. The torque value is set by twisting the handle of the inch pounds torque wrench. The right drive socket is attached to the 3/8 torque wrench and placed on the nut or bolt. As it's rotated, an audible torque wrench click will indicate that the desired torque has been reached. This analog torque wrench is manufactured with chrome plated alloy steel to resist rust and has a right hand directional click only. Designed for simplicity, there is no readout or dial to monitor and the dual range scale easily reads both inch pound and metric scales. These non-insulated micrometer torque wrenches do not have a cushioned grip and are not suitable for use near electrical circuits, but are excellent for mechanical work, automotive repairs and bike maintenance. If your next project calls for a tool shop torque wrench, let the GreatNeck MATW1 3/8 Inch Drive Micrometer Torque Wrench help you put the right spin on it. Precision Torque: This 3/8 drive torque wrench can be set to apply a specific torque to a fastener so that the fastener is not damaged by overtorquing or loosens over time Secure Locking Knob: Locking knob secures selected torque setting from accidental changes Intelligent Engineering: Chrome plated alloy steel to resist rust; Handle knurling for maximum grip and control Easy Operation: Simply dial in the needed torque from 120 to 960, lock the setting in with the lock screw, then apply torque until the wrench clicks Specifications: 120 to 960 range; Easy to read laser etched markings in increments of 12 inch pound and metric scales; Right hand directional click micrometer torque wrench; 3/8 drive
